Consumers can post reviews on the flow cosmetics website.

Anyone can leave a review, with a valid email address. We do not force customers to create an account to place an order. This is why customers who are not registered in our system can also leave the review.

We do not work with paid reviews. As a result, they are not placed on the website.

If someone posts a review on, we receive an email about a new review. These are checked during office hours (9:00 AM - 17:00 PM). If a review is posted between 9 a.m. and 16:30 p.m., it will be checked and published the same day. If a review is posted outside the stated office hours, it will be checked the following day.

If we see that a review contains foul language or inaccuracies, we always ask the reviewer to adjust or remove it. If we do not receive a response within 72 hours, the review will be deleted.

Legal guarantee

The legal warranty applies to all items you purchase from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Some products also have a manufacturer's warranty. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee.
