Returns in quick steps.

Returning products is possible within 14 days after placing the order. As soon as we have received the products, we will transfer the total amount within 14 days to the bank account with which you previously completed the order. The costs and risk of return shipment are borne by the customer.

Flow Cosmetics has the right to refuse returned products if it is suspected that the product has been used or damaged by you.

Items can only be returned:

  • In undamaged condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Unopened
  • Unused

  • Any defects or defects must be reported to our Customer Service immediately after receiving your order.
  • If you agree, the Customer Service employee will provide you with a registration number that is valid for 30 days after issue. We cannot process your return without a registration number.
  • Print the email with the registration number and order number and add it to the return shipment. Send the return by post to the specified address, preferably in the same shipping box. 
  • You are responsible for correct packaging and the return costs are at your own expense. 
  • After receipt, customer service will process your return (2 - 4 working days).
  • After assessment, Flow Cosmetics will automatically refund the money to the bank account or credit card with which the payment was made.
  • A received return that does not meet the above conditions will not be processed or returned. However, this procedure does not constitute a restriction on exercising the right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

If you regret your purchase, you can cancel it within 14 days after the order has been delivered to you without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. 

To withdraw from your order, please send us an unequivocal statement (by email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you revoke the agreement, you will receive back from us all payments you have made up to that point without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to revoke the agreement. We will refund you using the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, we will not charge you for the refund. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back in good condition. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the agreement to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of the return are at your own expense.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Excluded from the right of withdrawal is a consumer purchase that concerns the delivery of:

  • Products manufactured according to consumer specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person;
  • Products that have a limited shelf life;
  • Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery;
  • Products that are irrevocably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature;
  • The consumer can only invoke the right of withdrawal if the item and packaging are in original, undamaged and unused condition.     

If the consumer invokes the right of withdrawal and the item and packaging are received by Flow Cosmetics in the original, undamaged and unused condition, the consumer only owes the direct costs of returning the item to Flow Cosmetics. However, if the item and/or packaging is not received by Flow Cosmetics in its original, undamaged and unused condition, the consumer is liable for any damage suffered or to be suffered by Flow Cosmetics as a result.  

The goods can be returned at the customer's expense, but not before prior notification of the return shipment to Flow Cosmetics (Customer Service). Returns are at the risk of the consumer. Flow Cosmetics is never liable for any damage, including damage caused by theft and loss, which occurs when the goods are returned.

The cooling-off period and the consumer's right of withdrawal as described in this article only apply to those matters that are not covered by European Directives, European Regulations or 

Dutch law stipulates that there is no right of withdrawal.
