Pay.

You can pay for your order safely and in different ways. We currently offer the following payment methods:

All prices mentioned on flow-cosmetics.nl include VAT.

Flow-cosmetics.nl does not charge administration costs.

Place your online order on the Flow Cosmetics webshop by following the steps below:

Choose which products you want to order. The products are divided into several categories. You can search for a product based on product type (facial care, hair care, facial sprays, etc.) or skin type (dry skin, oily skin, etc.) or by skin condition (rosacea, atopic skin, etc.)
You can also use the search function at the top left of the screen.
Once you have selected a product, choose the desired size of the product, then the desired number of pieces, and click on the green "add to shopping cart" button.

Add the product you have chosen to your shopping cart by clicking the green button 'add to cart' to click.
You will be sent directly to the shopping cart to view your current order. In addition, you will see the number of items in your shopping cart change at the top right and you can see what you currently have in the shopping cart by clicking on it.
You can choose to continue shopping, or if your order is complete, click on 'order and pay' to pay.
You can change the number of pieces of a selected item. Do you want to increase the number? Then click the plus sign (+) next to the article. Do you want to reduce the number? Then click on minus (-) next to the article.
The selected products are shown one below the other with the ordered quantities and prices. (Prices include VAT.)
If you want to use a discount code, you can apply it during checkout after you have entered your details. Enter the discount code in the ORDER OVERVIEW, in the "discount code or gift voucher" box and click the "apply" button. When the discount code has been successfully applied, the discount will be calculated automatically. If you have applied an incorrect discount code, a red bar will appear on the screen. Please contact our customer service or info@flow-cosmetics.nl if you need help with this.

Have you ever placed an order at www.flow-cosmetics.nl and created an account? You can then log in with your specified email address and password. Click on 'Forgot your password' if you have forgotten your password and want to change it.
Don't have an account yet? This can then be created after completing your order or create it in advance (register). If you place an order without an account, we ask you to enter your personal information. We need this information to ensure that your order is processed and handled properly. Naturally, we will handle your personal information confidentially (see our Privacy policy).

Enter the address details of the address where your package should be delivered. You can find this under “delivery”. Check the entered information.
It is possible to have your order delivered to an address other than your own address (billing address). Select "Use a different billing address" under payment methods, fill in the requested information and verify it.

Then choose your desired payment method. In the Netherlands you can choose to pay with iDeal, credit card, PayPal, debit card, VVV gift voucher, bank transfer, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Union Pay and Carte Bancaire
In Belgium you can choose between payment with Bancontact/Mister Cash, credit card, Paypal, debit card, Bank transfer, Google pay, Apple pay, Union Pay en Bank card.
After you have chosen your desired payment method and selected your desired bank or credit card company, click on “place order”. As soon as you have completed the payment, a confirmation of your order will appear on your screen. You will then receive a confirmation of your order by email. NB! If you don't receive the confirmation email, please check your junk mail first!

All orders on flow-cosmetics.nl are sent with DHL, DPD or Post.nl.
All webshop orders placed before 22.00 p.m. on workdays will be shipped from our warehouse the same day and transferred to DHL, DPD or Post.nl for delivery.
Webshop orders placed on working days after 22.00 p.m. will be shipped from our warehouse the next working day and transferred to DHL, DPD or Post.nl for delivery.
If you place an order during the weekend, your order will be processed on Monday morning and then transferred to DHL, DPD or Post.nl for delivery that same day (except public holidays).
As soon as your order has been packed and reported to the supplier (DHL, DPD or Post.nl) you will receive a track & trace code by email.
Once your order has left our warehouse, we unfortunately no longer have much influence on the delivery time of your order. We do bear responsibility. So do not hesitate to contact our customer service: customerservice@flow-cosmetics.nl.
